This Privacy Policy explains how Naturally Limitless, operated in Alberta, Canada under the licensed business name NATURALLY LIMITLESS – DOTERRA (“Naturally Limitless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information.
By using naturallylimitless.com, submitting a form, requesting a guide, booking or requesting a consultation, or subscribing to our emails, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
Section 01 Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your first and last name.
- Your email address and telephone number.
- Your preferred contact method.
- Information you voluntarily provide in consultation requests, messages, surveys, or other forms.
- Fertility, wellness, lifestyle, symptom, or health-related information you choose to share with us.
- Email-subscription information, including the signup form used, confirmation status, consent records, email engagement, and unsubscribe requests.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, cookies, and security or anti-spam data.

Section 04 Consent and email communications
When you submit the Free Guide form, you request delivery of the guide and consent to receive occasional educational and promotional emails from Naturally Limitless, as explained beside the form. We use a confirmation email so that you can verify your address before becoming an active subscriber.
You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or contacting us. Unsubscribe requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible and within 10 business days. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from sending a message needed to complete a request you initiated or meet a legal obligation.
We maintain records reasonably necessary to demonstrate when and how consent was obtained or withdrawn.
Section 05 Sensitive fertility and wellness information
Fertility and health-related information can be sensitive. We collect this information only when you voluntarily provide it, such as in a consultation request. We use it to understand and respond to your request, provide wellness education, and discuss possible next steps.
Naturally Limitless provides educational wellness information and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Website forms and emails are not appropriate for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
Section 06 Service providers and disclosure
We may provide limited personal information to service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you. These may include:
- Kit, for subscriber management, confirmation emails, guide delivery, email communications, and Creator Network recommendations.
- Bluehost and WordPress, for website hosting, administration, forms, and related technical services.
- Titan Email and email-delivery services, for receiving and delivering website and consultation communications.
- Google services, which may include analytics, site-performance tools, reCAPTCHA, or other anti-spam services.
- Telecommunications, scheduling, storage, security, professional-advisory, or other operational service providers.
These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their agreements, security practices, and applicable laws.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer where legally permitted.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Section 07 Kit Creator Network recommendations
After subscribing through a Kit form, you may be shown optional recommendations for other creators or newsletters through Kit’s Creator Network. You are not subscribed to another creator merely because a recommendation is displayed.
If you choose to subscribe to a recommended creator, that is a separate choice, and Kit and the selected creator may process your information under their own privacy practices.
Section 08 Processing outside Canada
Some service providers, including Kit, Bluehost, Google, Titan Email, and related technology providers, may process or store personal information outside Alberta or Canada, including in the United States.
Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or government authorities in accordance with those laws.

Section 09 Cookies and analytics

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.
Section 14 Third-party websites and doTERRA
Our website may link to third-party websites, products, social networks, scheduling services, or platforms, including doTERRA. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
